Dream Bell Exchange Tickets: What To Do With Them & How To Get Them

The Dream Bell Exchange Ticket is a new mystery item added in Version 1.4 of Animal Crossing: New Horizons (ACNH)! Learn what you can do with them and how to get more in this guide.

How To Use Dream Bell Exchange Tickets

Got yourself a Dream Bell Exchange Ticket from Luna in your mailbox and not sure what to do with it? These handy Dream Bell Exchange Tickets in Animal Crossing: New Horizons can be sold to Timmy & Tommy at Nook’s Cranny for 5,000 Bells each at any time.

Unfortunately, we’re not aware of any other possible uses for Dream Bell Exchange Ticket at this time. That could change, but given the word Bell is even in the name, we doubt there’s any other purpose for these tickets besides getting Bells as described above.

A couple new items were added in Version 1.4 of Animal Crossing: New Horizons that may appear to be related to Dream Bell Exchange Tickets due to their theme, like the Moon Rug and Luna’s Bed, but these are obtained in other ways unrelated to tickets.

How To Get More Dream Bell Exchange Tickets

Every time you upload your island to the Dream World with Luna by sleeping in a bed inside your house, you will receive a Dream Bell Exchange Ticket in your mailbox from Luna the next day.

A Dream Island can be uploaded once per day, so you can get a Dream Bell Exchange Ticket once per day too. Since it arrives in the mail though, the Ticket you receive is delayed one day from when you uploaded.

Essentially, you can consider Dream Bell Exchange Tickets as a bonus daily reward for taking the time out of your day to upload your Dream Island to Nintendo’s server. In the previous game Animal Crossing: New Leaf, you would receive 5,000 Bells from Luna.

From our research so far, there doesn’t appear to be any correlation between receiving visitors to your Dream Island and getting Dream Bell Exchange Tickets in the mail. Rather, it seems that the tickets are simply a reward for uploading your island to the Dream World at all.
